Privacy policy for kids games
Updated:
This applies to Landrise Kids games (Zoomia, Kioskee and other Landrise kids games). The games are made for children and follow the Google Play Families Policy.
Summary
- The game collects and sends no personal data about your child. Your child never creates an account.
- No ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs for advertising or tracking.
- Profiles, progress and stats stay on the phone only. The game works offline.
- The full-game purchase is handled by Google Play. We never see payment details.
What the game does on the phone
- Your child’s profile (a nickname and a chosen animal), game progress, parent stats and an error log are stored only on the device and are never sent anywhere.
- Backups are made by the parent: the game shows a text code that the parent copies. We never receive it.
- Deletion: in the parent area (Parents → About → Delete data) or by uninstalling the game.
- Android permissions: internet, network state and Google Play Billing, only for the purchase. The game does not use the advertising ID, location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage.
- There are no chats and no sharing with other players. Only a parent can share a certificate, behind a parent gate. Read-aloud uses the phone’s built-in voice.
Full game (a purchase for parents)
- The first part of the game is free. The whole game, the parent overview and sibling profiles unlock with a one-time purchase of €3.99 / $3.99 / 99 CZK per game, with no subscription and no further payments. The purchase is only behind a parent gate.
- Payment is processed by Google Play under its own policy. The game only learns that the full game has been bought. We never see card numbers or other payment details.
Older games with a parent account (Kioskee, Hoofi)
- Kioskee and Hoofi offer an optional parent account (sign-in with an e-mail link at landrise.app/parents/). Only a parent can create it; without it, the game sends nothing.
- If a parent creates one, we store: the parent’s e-mail, a nickname for the child chosen by the parent (no real names), an anonymous ID of the paired device, game settings, game progress and task results.
- Processor: Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore), project landrise-kids. The database runs in the EU and transfers are encrypted. Google may process sign-in data in the USA under standard contractual clauses.
- We do not sell the data, share it for advertising or use it to profile children. Retention: until the account or child profile is deleted; backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Parents’ rights and deletion
- A parent can ask for access to, correction or deletion of the data at any time at support@landrise.app.
- For Kioskee and Hoofi, you can delete the account, a child profile or a paired device yourself in the parent portal. Steps are at landrise.app/delete-account/.
Who makes the games
- Controller: Jan Šrédl (Landrise), sole trader, company ID 04330099, Lesní 518, 250 70 Odolena Voda, Czech Republic.
- Contact: support@landrise.app. We publish changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
